Red Sox prospect Hayden Mullins is putting together an impressive 2025 campaign.

During the 2025 campaign, the Red Sox farm system has provided a lot of optimism for the future. Prospects such as Payton Tolle and Jhostynxon Garcia have been promoted multiple times and are one stop from the majors. Another prospect who has impressed is Hayden Mullins, who has been stellar every time he takes the mound.

In 18 games between High-A and Double-A, the 24-year-old has posted a 1.97 ERA. He has also struck out 101 batters and held opponents to a .160 batting average. So far in August, he has been nearly unhitbale.

Through 16.2 innings, the talented lefty owns a 1.08 ERA. He has only allowed two runs so far and has been a strikeout machine, adding 16 to his resume. After a solid 2023 campaign, Mullins has continued to improve his game and become one of the organization's most intriguing pitching prospects.

With a few weeks still left in the minor league season, the Tennessee native is showing no signs of slowing down. He has improved in almost every category despite facing tougher competition. That is an encouraging sign for a pitcher who is only two calls from the majors.

As the minor league season winds down, Mullins will be a prospect to watch. He has shown that he can miss bats and excelled at every level. In 44 games in the minors, Mullins owns a 3.09 ERA. Of late, he has been able to pitch deep into games, which is one trend that will get him to the majors sooner rather than later.

In a system that is bursting with talent, Mullins is showing that he is a player who should not be overlooked.
